History 2 Perlino boasts a history that began more than 100 years ago. Our wine-growing tradition has deep roots in the Piedmont hills surrunding Asti. Our history, our range and the process of sourcing are deeply related to the 'terroir '. Our production and knowledge of wine are not only a tradition but also culture and art improved over time and passed on from generation to generation. That gives to the company a unique and incomparable experience. Perlino is owned by the Facello Family, embracing the strong expertise for Asti Spumante and Moscato initiated by the original founders, all combined with the Family tradition dating back to grandfather Leone, a well-known wine-maker in the early 1900s. Perlino became a stock company in 2004. The Facello Family transformed Perlino into a dynamic reality with a wide and innovative vision. Today with leading position in national and international markets. Perlino today propose a wide offer to its clients worldwine partners.

2014 SILVER MEDAL MUNDUS VINI The historical brand from which the Company originates. Perlino was established in Asti at the turn of the last century with a typical Asti production, which is linked to its hills and Muscat grapes. 2012 CONCORSO ENOLOGICO VINITALY With the slow passing of time, typical of these parts, Perlino has accrued itself great knowledge in the production of Aperitifs and Sparkling wines that belong, just like the fullbodied reds, to the great wine-making tradition of Piedmont. Perlino is one of the landmarks of this history and of this tradition that still continues to day in Italy and abroad.
