Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet December 24 Savour the creations of Fairmont Palliser s award winner culinary team as you visit Calgary s castle before the man in red arrives. Served in The Rimrock Dining Room on Thursday, December 24 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for $89/adult, $44.50/child (6 to 12-years-old), $79/senior, children five-yearsold and under are free. Christmas Day Dinner Buffet December 25 Turn moments into memories on Christmas Day. This traditional brunch buffet is complete with all the holiday fixings. Served in the Crystal Ballroom on Friday, December 25 from 2 to 7:30 p.m. $120/adult, $60/child (6 to 12-years-old), $110/senior, and children five-years-old and under are free.
