An Event is not confirmed & scheduled on our calendar until a signed contract & a deposit are received Deposits are non-refundable, unless event is canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Changes made to the contract within 7 days of the scheduled event, may be subject to additional charges. Final guest count is due 72 hours in advance of the scheduled event. If the guest count is not received by that date, your invoice will be calculated on the current guest count on file. For events of 100 people or more, once final guest count is given, you will be sent a final invoice. Final payment is due to at least 3 business days before the scheduled date of the event.

Gratuity is not charged or mandatory & is always to the client s discretion.
