Vodka cocktails Espresso Martini 8.00 Grey Goose vodka, Tia Maria and fresh espresso shaken and topped with chocolate shavings. Many people say that the Espresso Martini was created by Dick Bradsell in 1983 while at the Brasserie Soho in London for a woman who asked for something that would wake me up. According to Dick Bradsell, The coffee machine at the Soho Brasseries was right next to the station where I served drinks. It was a nightmare, as there were coffee grounds everywhere, so coffee was very much on my mind. And it was all about vodka back then it was all people were drinking. Rum cocktails Aged Rum Daiquiri 7.00 Diplomatico rum, lime and sugar syrup shaken to perfection and finished with a sugared rim. This story revolves around Jennings Stockton Cox, one of the first iron miners on the island of Cuba, and generally credited with creating the original Daiquiri. The story goes that while he was entertaining guests one night, he ran out of the gin. He went out and purchased the easiest liquor he could find, which was rum. Adding lemons, sugar, mineral water and ice to the rum, he turned it into a punch for his guests. They loved it, and wanted to know what the name of it was. He did not have a name for it. It should have been called a rum sour according to the conventions of the day. Cox did not feel that was good enough for such a fine drink, so he named it for the nearby beach and called it Daiquiri. Spiced Mojito 7.50 Our twist on the classic, with the addition of Sailor Jerry, fresh ginger and apple juice. Mixed Berry Caipirinha 7.00 Sagatiba Cachaca and crème de cassis churned with fresh lime, raspberries and strawberries, for total fruitiness Captain Rum 7.00 Disaronno shaken with lemon juice, gingerbread syrup and Captain Morgans rum, topped with apple juice Rum Runner 6.50 Sailor Jerry and Cachucha Rum shaken with blackberry liqueur, banana, pineapple and orange flavours. Whisky cocktails Pineapple & coconut sour 7.00 Auchentoshan 3 Wood, lemon juice, coconut syrup and pineapple juice, shaken and served over ice. They say where you re from says a lot about who you are. Most single malts are from the middle of nowhere but Auchentoshan is different. They were forged in the fires of the Industrial Revolution in Glasgow and the city is a part of them. Auchentoshan isn t triple distilled because it s tradition but because that s what it takes to create a delicate flavour unlike any other. Smooth, yet gutsy. Approachable, yet deep. LOVE is like a bottle of GIN but a bottle of GIN is not like LOVE to me drink responsibly means don t spill it Trust me, you can dance - Vodka WARNING: The consumption of alcohol may make you think you are whispering when you are not I want someone to look at me the way I look at rum smile, I doubt vodka is the answer but it s worth a shot there s gin It s strange how 8 glasses of water a day seems impossible but 8 beers is so damn easy! I make pour decisions It is true that whisky improves with age. The older I get, the more I like it In wine there is wisdom In beer there is strength but in whisky there is the water of life
