It can hold from 50 to 120 very welcome guests for a sit-down dinner, and 50 to 150 for a stand-up reception. The room is accessible by both lift and staircase, and toilets are adjacent. Whether it s an eight - course tasting menu or a canape reception, our award - winning food is prepared to the highest of standards by executive chef Tom Meeneghan and head chef Nick Noakes to ensure an exquisite dining experience. We offer five menu selections from which to choose. They are all inclusive of VAT and exclusive of 12.5% service charge. Our sit-down dinner menus comprise of à la carte or fixed price. Both offer an impressive standard of food, using local produce and the finest quality ingredients. For parties of 55 or less, you may create a menu including two starters (one being a soup), two mains and a dessert. Parties of over 55 guests are offered a limited choice so that we can guarantee exceptional food that will be raved about long after your happy day. We also offer a buffet-style menu which is particularly popular for afternoon or early evening events. Our canapé and finger food menus are perfect for stand-up receptions, while our family-style tapas menu offers a great choice of food for a more casual style of dining. Each sit-down dinner menu includes a silent vegetarian option. There are also plenty of vegetarian dishes available on our other menu selections. We are very happy to cater for all dietary requirements, for example many dishes can be altered for those following a gluten-free diet. Prerequisites Provisional booking will be held for a maximum of one month, after which time we will require a deposit of 500 to secure a date. Deposit is non-refundable within three months of the date of your event. All bills are to be paid before the event and any outstanding balance to be paid on the night. A 12.5% service charge is applied to all food and beverage bills. Menu prices and room hire costs are all inclusive of VAT. We require final food and wine selections two weeks prior to your event. We request that you confirm your final numbers 48 hours in advance of your event. Please note that this is the minimum number you will be charged for. Fallon & Byrne does not provide a corkage service. Menus and prices are subject to change, however prices quoted on payment of deposit and signing of contracts will be honoured. Any additional room dressing outside of the Fallon & Byrne standard must be completed by the client. All additional items to dress the room must be delivered the day before and collected the day after your event. The client is responsible for any loss of or damage to any Fallon & Byrne-owned items during the event. No structural changes to the room are allowed. The use of nails, pins and Sellotape on walls or ceiling is not permitted. We cannot accept responsibility for any changes in timings that are outside of our control.
