Distilled in the traditional manner, flavoured using basket infusion with botanicals including lemon peel, orange, angelica, cassia bak orris root and, of course, juniper. Boodles begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. The liquid is then redistilled in a copper still, which allows the botanicals to infuse gradually into the spirit. Lovely in a G&T but really shines in a martini. Named after Martin Miller s original base in Westbourne Grove, this gin uses Westbourne Strength the same botanicals, spirit and pot still methods as the original but it is bottled at the much higher 45.2% abv. At this strength the taste veers towards the more classic London dry with lots of delicious juniper, spice and citrus flavours. Fab in a Negroni. An American gin that downplays traditional juniper and adds other botanicals such as cardamom, lavender, Indian sarsaparilla, coriander, anise and dried sweet orange peel. Juniper and cardamom are at the foreground with this American gin, with star anise, citrus peel and raspberry hiding in the background. On the palate, Small s is round and mouth filling with herbs, spice and pleasant teasing notes of raspberry. On the nose, this classic gin is juniper with a little citrus and the spicy notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. Tasting you get strong juniper, lots of the citrus, a hint of apple and then warm spice through the cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in this full bodied, well balanced gin. Distilled from English wheat spirit with ten botanicals, and blended with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell spring, the source of the River Thames. This emerges as a particularly dry gin with burst of spicy juniper and a zesty, almost marmaladey, citrus zing. V.J.O.P (Very Junipery Over Proof) gin turns the juniper up to 11 as well as being bottled at higher strength of 57.7%. HK$125 Williams Chases Sloe Mulberry Monkey 47 No.3 London Dry Citadelle Reserve Gin Mare G Vine Floraison G'Vine Nouaison Dr J s Prairie Organic Gin Master s Selection London Dry West Wind The Sabre West Wind the Cutlass Mulberry trees, once commonplace in Britain, have fallen out of favour due to their slow-growing nature, low yields and messy, deep purple staining berries. This gin is giving mulberries a new lease of life in this tart, almost medicinal gin that makes for a wonderful winter warmer. A curious gin from the Black Forest in Germany. The 47 comes from the number of botanicals that go into this unique gin, and the fact it's bottled at 47%. The gin is left to age in earthenware containers. Named after the shop in St James s, No.3 offers a taste of tradition; a classic London dry with just three fruits and three botanicals, try this in a dry Martini cocktail. A unique aged French gin produced in very small quantities. Citadelle Reserve is matured for six months in old oak casks. The result is a pale gold gin that retains an aromatic quality, with vanilla notes seeping through. Mare is a Mediterranean gin flavoured with four principal botanicals: basil, thyme, rosemary and, most unusual of all, the Arbequina olive. The flavour of the Mediterranean, drink neat on the rocks if you dare. Batch distilled in Cognanc, France using a neutral grape spirit (as the name hints at), as well as some more standard botanicals including ginger root, liquorice and cardamom. Like its sister gin, G'Vine Nouaison is distilled from white grapes and is flavoured with botanicals that include grape flowers. The result is a fruity, herby gin bursting with flavours. A true artisan gin from a very small distiller based in the village of Dullingham in Cambridgeshire, made in a hand-beaten copper still. The botanicals include juniper berries, coriander, macadamia and fresh zests; creating a refreshing citrus lead with superb depth and complexity. Eucalyptus and pine dominate the aroma of this organic gin with a feint hint of ginger and coriander. The lower proof means this gin has a smoother taste than many, one to try in a Martini. A London dry gin, made in Barcelona, by a family-owned distillery that dates back to 1835 and uses three different types of Spanish citrus: sweet oranges from Valencia, bitter oranges and lemons from Seville. Left to soak for over 12 months, it makes for a delightfully fruity gin. The Sabre is an Australian gin cut with water from Margaret River and features a strong undercurrant of citrus weaving through twelve spices and botanicals including juniper, lemon myrtle, lime peel and wattle seed. The Cutlass is warm, peppery and slightly spicy with some distinctively Australian botanicals that include bush tomato and cinamon myrtyle.

Barley lends a distinct character to the base spirit that is rich, and grainy all on its own. Distilled with some distinctly icelandaic botanicals such as local juniper, crowberry and Iceland Moss (which is a type of lichen), this is a unqiue and wonderful gin that shines in a gin and tonic (while turning the tonic cloudy). Made in a small distillery in Yarra Valley, Australia, everything the Four Pillars distillers make is based around their four pillars - the still, the water, the botanicals and love. Sublte fruity notes, with liquourice and lemon zest. Ransom spirits is a one man, artisanal distillery in Oregon. The Old Tom gin is a historically accurate replication of what people were drinking in the 1800s and during the golden age of American cocktails - the recipe was developed in collaboration with spirits historian David Wondrich and aged for three to six months in wine barrels. The earthy spiciness of this gin comes from cinnamon and sandalwood which balances out the freshness of lemon myrtle, grapefruit and orange zest. Handcrafted and batch distilled in Melbourne. Imperial uses Roundhouse s signature gin which is then aged in oak casks for at least 10 months. The process introduces scotch and whiskey flavors (along with the distinctive chamomile of the original) which has led to the nickname 'Ginskey'. Try this in a Negroni. Roundhouse Gin is a New Western Gin, micro-distilled and bottled by hand in exceptionally small batches. Hints of sencha green tea, lavender, hibiscus and chamomile blossoms are added to give it a distinct, floral palette. A Philadelphia gin named after the uniforms worn by the militia in the American Revolution, it has a four grain base which includes corn, wheat, barley and rye. Dry and citrussy with a hint of pine. A base of 100% pot-distilled rye makes this a gin for whiskey lovers! Malty, peppery and warming with a creamy, rich mouthfeel. This is a gin in whisky clothing, weird and wonderful. Botanivore is an American craft gin comprised of 19 different botanicals working in concert. Think of a meadow in bloom herbaceous, fresh, big, bold but balanced. Terroir is a forest in your glass with ultra woodsy notes of Douglas fir,laurel, sage, and a hint of citrus. Lemon and orange peel support the juniper with hints of cardamom and fresh coriander. Filliers Dry Gin 28 Tangerine Tarquin s Geranium Premium London Dry Brooklyn Small Batch Gin Old English Based on the original Filliers Dry Gin 28 recipe, this seasonal edition has been created using the finest tangerines from Valencia, harvested exclusively between November and January. Crisp, dry, bold and refreshing! Made in small batches of 300, this is a contemporary take on a classic London Dry, using fragrant handpicked Devon violets and fresh orange zest to deliver an aromatic sensation unlike any other. A modern London dry that compliments classic juniper with the floral notes of geranium flowers. Softly distinctive, a must-try for gin lovers. Produced at New York's first licensed distillery since Prohibition, Brooklyn Gin is distilled from grain and infused with hand-cracked juniper berries, freshly cut citrus peels and other locally sourced botanicals. Crisp, clean and balanced. Hammer & Son Old English Gin is technically an Old Tom Gin (sweetened), though not officially labeled one. Made from a 1783 recipe, distilling eleven botanicals in the oldest pot still being used in England today. The use of a recycled champagne bottle harks back to a time when gin would be sold from the barrel and transported from the shop in whatever container was at hand.
