CORKAGE We charge a corkage fee for the following beverages: wine, sparkling wine, grape juice, juice, mineral water, sherry (for pre-drinks). All other beverages are to be bought from the hotel using cash, a limited account or from a full open bar. MENU See our menu options and pricing. Note that all menu prices include the set-up, crockery, cutlery, glasses, tablecloths and napkins, as well as the tables and chairs. The menu must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the function. Table settings and final number of guests must be confirmed 4 days before the function. Please include musicians, the DJ and the photographers in your final count should you wish to provide them with a meal. ADDITIONAL We can organize a DJ for the evening (when available). Snack platters, pȃtès and dips can be organised for pre-drinks. Flowers, extra decorations, wedding cakes and photographers must be organised by yourselves. Deposit required on date of booking. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT Balance of total cost is required 2 weeks prior to the function date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques. If you cancel your booking, your deposit will only be refunded if we can resell the venue for that day.
