Thank you for your interest in having Lafayette Brewing Company host your next special event! Over the past 20 years we have hosted many events at the brewery including: class reunions, business rewards dinners, graduate student socials, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and weddings. Our beer hall seats up to 120 people and can host groups of up to 300 for cocktail style receptions. The room includes a stage, projection screen, microphone, 3 claw-foot pool tables, foosball, and indoor cornhole boards. For smaller groups we offer reservations in our first floor restaurant (some restrictions apply). We offer a variety of menu options keeping in theme with our brewpub roots and we are happy to accommodate special requests. Within our Special Events Menu you will find several options to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of our options can be served either buffet style or family style for a more intimate feel. If you are interested in turning your event into a beer pairing or if you would like to add a brewery tour to your event, just ask! We are proud of our awardwinning beers and would love being given the opportunity to tell you a little more about what s happening here at LBC!

BEVERAGE SERVICE OPTIONS We pride ourselves in providing some of the finest beverage service in Tippecanoe County. All of our draft beers are produced in house with the finest raw ingredients, specially selected yeast strains and never any cheap adjuncts. We brew according to traditional methods and serve only fresh beer from the source no preservatives, filtration, or pasteurization has been incorporated into the brewing process. If you should have a special request for a beverage product that we do not carry, please let us know 30 days prior to your event and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Due to Indiana Code 7.1-5-8-4, no alcohol beverages may be brought into our facility by hosts or their guests. All alcohol beverages must be purchased by LBC through licensed distributors authorized to do business in Indiana. OPTION 1 PACKAGE BAR SERVICE Charged per person, per hour as priced below. Prices do not include tax or service charge and are subject to change. No shots or doubles. These numbers are based on an average and account for the fact that non-drinkers will be attendance. POLICIES Reservations Reservations are on a first-come basis. In order to secure the date you have chosen for your event you must pay the appropriate deposit and sign a contract. Deposit Amounts Day Rental 3 hours ending by 4pm - $250 Night Rental 5 hours ending by midnight - $500 Cancellation Cancellation 60 days, or greater, prior to the event will receive a full refund of their deposit. Age Requirement The Beer Hall is a 21 and older space as deemed by the Indiana State Excise Police. Sorry, no exceptions. Room Fees Night Rental 5 hours ending by midnight - $500 Day Rental - 3 hours ending by 4pm - $250 If you spend $1000 at night or $500 during the day, in food and beverages, before tax and service charge, you will not be charged a room fee. Additional Time Additional time may be added to your day rental for $100 per hour or your night rental at $150 per hour. Tax and Service Charge State and local taxes are not included in any listed pricing and will be added to the final bill. Currently Indiana state tax is 7%. A service charge of 18% will be added to the price of all food and beverage service. The service charge covers set up, clean up, and labor hours of our staff throughout your event. The service charge is not a gratuity. Menu and Guest Count Final menu selections and preliminary guest count are due 14 days prior to your event. A final guest count is due 7 days prior to your event. Purchaser will be financially responsible for the final guest count given. Outside Food and Alcohol Prohibited In accordance with health code regulations and Indiana alcohol beverage laws, no food or beverage may be brought into LBC. The only exception is for cakes produced at a commercial bakery (please bring in proof of purchase). If you do bring in a cake we will provide a special cake table with linens, plates, forks, and napkins free of charge. Payment Final payment is due in full by the end of your event. We accept cash, business checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Smoking Per Lafayette City Ordinance Sec. 9.04.030 is prohibited

Entertainment All bands, DJs, and any other entertainment or guest speakers must be approved prior to the event. The use of our house pa, stage, lighting and operator are required for all bands. The fee for the use of this system is $200, payable in advance. Client is responsible for all entertainment fees and any damage incurred to either the equipment or facility as a result of misuse by the entertainers. Use of the sound system must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. All live entertainment needing a sound check prior to the start time of an event must schedule this time 14 days prior to the event. You may choose to connect your own mp3 player to our house stereo system free of charge. We can also provide a single microphone routed through our house system for guest use free of charge. A projector and screen are available for rental $75. Decorations All decorations must be approved prior to an event. Please refrain from using the following: tape (you may use poster tack), sand, glitter, birdseed, confetti, silly string, rice, nails, candles with open flames and candles without a reservoir for dripping wax. We have white linen tablecloths available to rent for $10 each. All buffet tables come with linens free of charge. You may have access to the room 1 hour prior to your scheduled event start time to decorate. If more time is required we will try our best to accommodate you. All decorations must be removed within 1 hour of your scheduled event end time. You may be able to rent more tables and seating to meet your needs. The Beer Hall has restroom facilities and is handicap accessible. Liability Lafayette Brewing Co. is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged that have been left unattended in the public areas of our facility during, or following, your event. For security, safety and liability reasons, no guests are allowed in the kitchen or staff only areas during an event. We will try to accommodate special dietary requests, however, Lafayette Brewing Co. is not responsible for any food allergies suffered by persons attending events in our Beer Hall. Any damages to the facility during the event are the responsibility of the party renting the space. *Pricing and policies subject to change at any time

BUS TOURS Our brewpub can accommodate a maximum of 50 people for lunch or dinner in our first floor restaurant. Reservations for group tours are on a first come first serve basis. We cannot take a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night during the school year. A tour of our brewing facility can be arranged at no charge with a 2-week notice. Our special bus tour menu is designed for prompt & quick service for groups on time schedules. You can choose one of the selections below. The cost per person is $9 and does not reflect the 7% Indiana state sales tax and 18% gratuity for our services. Our policy with groups of 25 or more is to give 1 complimentary meal to the bus driver or the tour coordinator. In an attempt to make each tour run smoothly we ask that you give us final head count two weeks prior to your arrival. We also ask that you call when you are within 30 minutes of arriving at the restaurant. To reserve a spot in our restaurant for your group you will need to pay a $100 deposit. The deposit is used to save the date for your group and the money will come off of your final bill the day of your event. If legal proceedings are required to enforce the terms of this contract and the Client is found to be in violation, thereof, the client shall pay all of the attorney s fees and expenses incurred in such proceeding and all damages which result from Client s breach of these covenants and this agreement. All legal actions will be heard in the courts of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
