TERMS AND CONDITIONS Full payment for any function is required by the 10th of November 2018. All bookings are subject to availability. For shared parties the hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. We will not accept individual table plans. If pre-ordered wine is out of stock, we will replace it with a wine that is of a similar or better quality. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time. Under NO circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the event of the above point. In the event of insufficient number of attendees being met for a shared party night, we reserve the right to cancel the onsite entertainment (DJ, disco). Booking form must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Advertised menu may be subject to change. Strictly over 18 s only. A menu pre-order for each guest must be provided to the venue by the event booker by 10th November 2018. If pre-orders are not submitted by 10th November 2018, a default menu selection will be applied to all members of the party. 20% discount off best available rate is based on up to 10 guests, however anything above this will be quoted separately and subject to our Group Terms & Conditions. 1 complimentary dining place for the Christmas party booker based on a minimum number of 20 guests. Minimum numbers for a private party is 70 guests and you must stipulate upon enquiry that it is a private party you are looking for. Minimum numbers for Christmas lunch is 25 and we do not provide a DJ/Disco unless numbers meet 70 guests and is requested when making the enquiry.
