Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar s philosophy is good food and great wine in a chic atmosphere. We have created a space to lounge in the sun while enjoying an espresso with breakfast, relax over a long lunch with an even longer wine list, or indulge in a dinner menu which takes culinary cues from timeless dishes of the classic French bistro. Buvette Bistro has a number of spaces for guests to enjoy, from the restaurant, a semi-private dining room and the spacious outdoor terrace area. RESTAURANT Buvette Bistro takes inspiration from classic French bistros, Paris renowned buildings and some of the world s best architectural feats including the Notre-Dame, Palais du Louvre and the Manuelle Gartend. Buvette Bistro is adorned with white marble, gold fittings and a wall-to-ceiling painting, surrounded by high ceilings and expansive windows. Exclusive bookings available for large groups. TERRACE Only recently created, the Parisian-style Buvette Terrace is the perfect outdoor environment to share a bottle of our favoured Delas Feras Chote-diu-Rhone and a plate of charcuterie. Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar s newest dining experience is brunch with a French twist, with a lavish spread of savouries, charcuterie, cheese, oysters and a selection of decadent house made desserts. Designed as a meeting place for relaxation or business, the rustic elements of the interior, alongside the minimalistic yet warm outdoor areas are the perfect combination for a group function. Ostani has a number of sections for guests to enjoy, from the restaurant, the lounge and our fabulous outdoor pavilion area. From tapas to wood-fired pizzas, the menu delivers a zesty European flair. Be surprised and excited by our seasonal beverage and cocktail lists, prepared by our experienced bartenders. RESTAURANT A laidback and fuss-free restaurant environment with semi-private booths, catering to a wide range of occasions, whether you re celebrating with friends or meeting with colleagues. 30 Caters up to 30 guests LOUNGE Enjoy private, intimate and cozy celebrations with sunken booths and cocktail tables. The lounge features exposed wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a great atmosphere for a cocktail-style party. PAVILLION The perfect outdoor entertaining area, keeping guests cool in the summer in the large open space and warm in the winter with the two large fireplaces. The Pavilion offers a built in Garden Bar, live music capabilities and lounge-style furnishings. Our fully operational Garden Bar serves beers on tap and select wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. All bookings in the Pavilion over 70 guests receive complimentary exclusive use of the Garden Bar with designated bar staff to serve beverages. BURBURY TERRACE HIGH TEA
Enjoy the best view in Canberra from Burbury Terrace, atop the the 4.5 Start Burbury Hotel. Indulge in a threetiered high tea, with house made sweets, savouries and scones. Paired with French champagne, it s the perfect celebration for bridal parties, birthdays and baby showers.
