GERBEAUD CAKES For 160 years the Gerbeaud means what is called a confectionery. The confectioners pass on knowledge from generation to generation, expert hands lead those many students who start their professional life from this real workshop. The essence of our philosophy is that we only work with exceptional quality and fresh ingredients making products skilfully by hand. Our aim is offering unique, elegant and exceptional cakes next to the traditional Hungarian creations. We strive to revive the flavours and products of the Hungarian confectionery holding rich history and convert them into modern form as today s taste and ingredients dictate. We would like to pamper each sense. As in any case, the first impression is also essential with the cakes, therefore we would like to give not only culinary but esthetical experience with our creations.

GERBEAUD WEDDING AND DECORATED CAKES When it comes to the big event, to our own wedding, we would like everything to be dressed up, we want every little detail to reflects our happiness perfectly, indeed the wedding cake. It should wow the wedding people while expressing the love between bride and groom. The second sweetest moment after the wedding kiss is when wife and husband cut the wedding cake together. We believe that every couple has a dream cake. We gladly create your cake not only for wedding, but also for special occasions, events, birthdays, even for Christenings. Our confectioners actualize what you have dreamed of. We would like to offer our help with our exclusive cake sortiment. Experience has shown that cakes on stands are much more popular, although the modern single cakes of the Gerbeaud Café can be also found in our collection, like the Royal chocolate.

MODERN, LIGHT AND AIRY CAKES The modern, light and airy cakes of the Gerbeaud House are available in one-storey and maximum 60 slices form. These cakes cannot be covered with marzipan, sugar mass or butter cream due to their forms and consistency. However, they can be varied with seasonal fruits, real flowers or chocolate tiles. TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS The orders of cakes and tea cookies above 25 000HUF would be confirmed after received an order in writing and we require 100% deposit payment in advance. The prices in the offer include taxes. For cake stands 25 000HUF deposit is taken which will be deducted from the final bill in case of delivering it back unbroken and nice condition within the deadlines. DELIVERY Within the area of Budapest the delivery cost is 12 700 HUF, while for outside of Budapest we charge 300 HUF/KM. Our cakes and wedding cakes can be delivered with our own truck, with cooling if necessary. In case of orders over 80 000 HUF (including VAT) for one time we do not charge delivery cost within the area of Budapest. The products can be collected in the Gerbeaud Café every day between 9am and 9pm. The cakes need cooling, so after the delivery the customer is responsible for cooling and storing the cakes. ORDERING DEADLINES The ordering deadline of wedding and decorated cakes is 7 working days. The ordering deadline of other cakes depend on their size (please see details in the table). Macarons and cocktail cakes can be collected after 5 working days of the order. The sweet and salty tea cookies can be produced in 48 hours. The Gerbeaud Gasztronómia Ltd. decline responsibility to the losses of procurer in case these are out of the accountability of the company. Such as strikes, demonstrations, travelling or logistical difficulties, short circuits, etc.
