All bookings must be confirmed by signing our terms and conditions within 7 days, accompanied by a payment of 500.00. 4. A payment of 50% of the estimated total (less deposits paid to date) will be due 9 months prior to the event date. 5. A payment of 50% of the outstanding balance is due 6 months prior to the event date. 6. A full and final payment of the balance must be settled 14 days prior to the event date. 7. In the event of cancellation all payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. If cancelled within 14 days of the event date the final balance is due. 8. All rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Should this rate alter the brochure prices may be subject to change. 9. Prices are reviewed annually and are valid until 31 Dec each year. 10. ICC reserve the right to alter pricing should there be an increase in market costs. 11. ICC reserve the right to set minimum numbers. See wedding brochure. 12. Final numbers and dietary requirements must be submitted 14 days prior to the event. 13. The Honeymoon Suite is complimentary in all wedding packages. All other accommodation is subject to availability. 14. Children under the age of 16 should be supervised at all times whilst on the Ingliston Estate attending a function or resident. 15. Confetti, table crystals, fireworks and Chinese lanterns are not permitted on Ingliston estate. 16. The customer will be held responsible for any wilful damage to the premises by their guests. 17. ICC reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. 18. ICC reserve the right to promote any special offers out with the original wedding packages, which will not be applicable to existing bookings. 19. ICC recommend that the client take personal responsibility for the safe keeping of their gifts, cards and personal belongings throughout the day. 20.
