When Count Camillo Negroni asked bartender Fosco Scarselli to strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, by adding Gin rather than the normal soda water 8.5/17 Smoked Maple Old Fashioned Bourbon, maple syrup, apple wood smoke. A sweet yet smokey take on a classic, for a true taste of the American south 8.5 Espresso Martini Vodka, Kahlua, espresso. There are several claims as to the origin of this drink, all we know for sure is it is London born and bred and we d be silly to leave it out. 9 Barrel-aged Manhattan Bourbon, sweet vermouth, maraschino, bitters.
