Confirmation of Space and Deposits An initial non-refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated charges or $1500 whichever is greater is required to confirm your date along with your signed contract. Guarantee Counts A final count is due by 12:00 pm (7) seven business days prior to the event. Once the number is received we are not able to reduce the count. Payments Customized payment plans are available upon request. We do require an initial deposit, a second deposit due 6 months prior equal to 50% of the anticipated revenue, a third deposit due 45 days prior to the event equal to 75% of the anticipated revenue, and final payment 7 business days prior payable by certified check. A credit card is to be on file for any last minute add-ons. Parking Valet parking and self- parking are available. Directions to local parking garages are available.
