WELCOME TO THE SAXON MILL Located on the banks of the River Avon, just outside of historic Warwick, The Saxon Mill is the ideal venue for your next event or celebration. With two cosy bars, a stunning riverside restaurant and a beautiful private function room, we can provide the perfect space for any occasion. Roaring log fires in both of our bar areas provide a perfect backdrop for drinks with friends after a bracing walk along the river. Or perhaps enjoy our fresh, seasonal menus in one of our beautifully decorated restaurants. Our first floor restaurant boasts fantastic views over the river, perfect for a special occasion. A larger party can sit comfortably in our ground floor restaurant area which is ideally located next to our stunning riverside terrace for the summer months. The Warwick Suite is our private function room and is situated on the first floor of our building. The room boasts natural stone walls and plenty of character making it perfect for meetings and celebrations alike. Our stunning listed building and riverside terrace, warm hospitality and delicious freshly prepared menus will mean that your event is one to remember. 2
BUSINESS MEETINGS AND CORPORATE EVENTS Our Warwick Suite private function room is the ideal place for your next business meeting or corporate event. The spacious room on the first floor can accommodate up to 70 people in a variety of different layouts. The Warwick Suite benefits from: Projector & screen Flipchart Air conditioning Tea & coffee facilities Complimentary Wi-Fi There s even a private bar in the room; ideal for evening functions or drinks and networking after an afternoon meeting. Our team of skilled chefs can provide a wide range of refreshments to suit your needs; from breakfast to lunch buffets or evening meals. We will also ensure that all of your drinks needs are catered for; make use of the tea and coffee facilities and private bar in the Warwick Suite or order drinks to be served to the room. If a private meeting room is a little too formal for your meeting, our pub bar area is ideal for a casual coffee or lunch to catch up with clients. Tables can be reserved for parties of up to 10 and our mezzanine area is perfect for informal meetings for up to 16 people. Projector & screen and flip chart are provided with the hire of our Warwick Suite function room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the Warwick Suite as well as the option of a buffet lunch served into the room. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the venue. There are a number of spaces available to book depending on your occasion. Our two beautiful bar areas are ideal for a drinks party or informal meal. The roaring log fires and cosy atmosphere create a warm and welcoming space in the winter months. In the warmer months, access to our stunning riverside terrace make our bars the perfect space to spend balmy summer nights. For a delicious sit down meal, look no further than our beautifully decorated riverside restaurant. Enjoy our fresh, seasonal menus with unrivalled views out over the river Avon; the perfect setting for any special meal. For a larger group, or if you were thinking of a more informal buffet for a baby shower, Christening or family reception; our ground floor restaurant area provides a more private space whilst retaining the atmosphere from the adjoining river bar. Our Warwick Suite function room provides the perfect private space for larger parties and gatherings. The Warwick Suite is ideal for both sit down meals and more informal occasions; with seating for up to 70 people and standing room for up to 100 we can accommodate almost any function, even weddings! There are a number of different spaces available to book for your celebration including our exclusive private Warwick Suite. Our fresh, seasonal food is sure to impress all of your guests. All of your drinks needs will also be looked after we can have the bar in the Warwick Suite open or serve drinks to the suite. The room benefits from its own private bar as well as a license for live music making it ideal for a birthday party or Christmas celebration. 4

Whether you need a working buffet lunch to keep you going through a meeting, a sumptuous three course meal for a special occasion or some fancy canapés to impress at a drinks party, our wonderful brigade of chefs will be able to provide something you ll love. We re able to provide delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as snacks to suit your schedule and requirements. Food can be served either plated or buffet style dependant on what works best for your event. Our Sales & Events Manager will be happy to put together a drinks package for you based on your needs. Every event has a different timescale and different refreshment needs.
