This cocktail brings together the bright acidity of a natural wine, notes of wheat, cumin, flowers and apples, to evoke Rajasthan s agricultural and rural areas. Tanqueray, Pine, Fino, Eucalyptus 18.9% Madya Pradesh is the heart of India. A heavily forested state covered in trees of bamboo and teak. Served like a classic gin martini, this cocktail presents green, grassy notes and earthy eucalyptus, reminiscent of a walk in the Madhya Pradesh forest.
