Amenities and Available Services Décor We are happy to provide the following items at no charge for your convenience: cake knives, champagne flutes, and table numbers. To make your day easier, Springvale will set up all preassembled decorations, favors, centerpieces, etc. for your reception and allow you to pick them up the week following your reception. Springvale is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property. Any items left after 14 days will become property of Springvale. Seating For your convenience our Event Coordinator will design a custom room and table diagram to assist you with your seating. All of our tables are covered with white or ivory table linens and all specialty tables are skirted. Our typical guest tables will seat 8 guests comfortably. Security Although not included in the packages, it is required at all ballroom functions. One guard is required, and the fee is $150 (estimate for 2016). Discounted Guests The bar fee will be reduced for any guest under the age of 21. Any guest under the age of 10 will receive a 30% discount on the buffet food portion. Any child in a high chair is always free, but not included in the guest count. Deposits To reserve the date for your reception, a $1000 initial deposit is required as well as a signed contract. An additional $500 is required nine months, six months, and three months before the reception. The total of $2500 in required deposits will be put towards your final balance which is due two weeks prior to your reception. (We accept: Cash / Check / Visa / Mastercard / American Express) Hall hours Typical Hall hours are from 6pm to Midnight. Entertainment must end ½ hour after the bar closes or at Midnight, whichever comes first. Additional time is available. Hall Fee A minimum guest count of 200 is required for an advanced booking. A Hall Fee is applied to events of less than 200 guests booked within 12 months of the date.
