FUSION CLASSICS The cocktails that became Fusion Bar icons WHITE FUSION ORIENTAL MOJITO Aromatic, spicy and refreshing An oriental interpretation of the Cuban mojito. Lemongrass from Thailand and ginger beer give a spicy Asian touch to the Portorican white rum. Unforgettable of course, lime and mint. 14 MEZCAL MARGARITA Smoky, citrusy, aromatic 'Para todo mal mezcal. Para todo bien también' is what they say in Mexico. An intriguing union between spicy tequila and his wild cousin, the mezcal. Lapsang Souchong tea, agave and fresh lime complete with fascinating shades this old classic. 16 HERBAL MARTINI Herbal, dry, spicy A Martini with herbal nuances. A complex gin with 47 plants coming from India and the Black Forest is mixed with a different gin refined with citrus notes and pure Icelandic water. Drops of green Chartreuse, a liquor obtained from 130 different herbs prepared by monks, balances and distinguishes the essence. 15

An aromatic mystery envelopes this drink making it's taste a volcanic experience. 16 PISCOPOLITA Spicy, fresh, silky A dance of grapes and elderflower. The tenderness of Pinot Noir and the aromas of Pisco, made from Italian grapes, encounter and are balanced by the floral notes of elderflower in a silky embrace with Italian bergamot. 15 COQUETELLE Spicy, embracing, involving Starting from one of the legends regarding the origin of the word 'cocktail', a tribute to the Italian mixology in the world. The freshness of lime meets the complexity of agricole rum and the strong flavours of our falernum. The drink is completed by a touch of pineapple and garan masala mix marmalade homemade at The Fusion. 16

An aromatic adventure given by the encounter of our Fusion vermouth, notes of Milan bitter and an exotic rangpur gin. 16 NEGRONI IN CHIANTI Woody, sweet, spicy A local interpretation of the Negroni, made entirely with Tuscan ingredients. The classic spicy and floral liquor Alchermes, made by the monks of Monte Senario, a great Classic Chianti Reserve and a gin produced near Florence by the monks of Vallombrosa abbey are the characteristics of this Tuscan experience. 14 FUSION NEGRONI Smoky, sweet, aromatic A Fusion of aromas originating by our own Exotic Vermouth, the classic British gin and from the Italian artichoke bitter.
