~ 2 ~ Information CEREMONY On site ceremony fee is $1400.00 (plus tax) and includes theatre style set up, mixer, microphone and speakers. Access to the property for Wedding photos taken before, during and/or after the event is included in the wedding package. FOOD & BEVERAGE With the exception of wedding/celebration cakes, no food or beverage may be brought into Kingbridge public areas or private function rooms. All private bars (host or cash) include a bartender at a ratio of 1 bartender per 100 guests. COSTS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE OTHER Minimum revenue of $17,000 is required from the food & beverage portion of your event. Should the total revenue fall short of the minimum amount, the difference will be applied to your final bill as a food & beverage surcharge. A 25% deposit of total cost is required to confirm any specific date. The deposit is non-refundable with a signed contract. A second installment (equal to 50% of the total) is due 60 days prior to the event date. A third installment (equal to 25% of the total) is due 30 days prior to the event. Any outstanding charges will be billed by way of pre-authorized credit card, 72 hours after the function. Ceremony and rehearsals may be arranged with our catering department subject to availability. Arrangements for additional power needs should be discussed no later than two weeks prior to the function date and may incur an additional cost. Kingbridge does not provide labour or equipment (carts, dollies, etc.) for unloading, moving, or loading of displays, exhibits or equipment. A fee is paid to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) and RE: Sound for your right to use copyrighted music.
