I hope you all had a very good season. Garden Centers had a slow cold spring in many areas of western Canada most made up their Historical sales by late June. Our landscape contractors, our partners in delivering excellent landscape services to the public, continue to have strong demand for their services. We look to 2018, we continue to partner with peer nurseries and landscape contractors to fulfill the needs of the market. This last summer has been hot and dry. Thankfully our investment in and irrigation pipeline paid dividends as we irrigated continuously for 3 months. The heat did the rest and the new crop is excellent. Our seedling understock will grade out very well, but we encourage you to get your orders in soon. Saskatchewan is still an amazing place to live. All the best from all of us at Lakeshore as we partner with you to do our best to help make it an even better place to live. Vic, Lee & Aaron Krahn

SHIPPING You must indicate your preference for method of shipping and/or transport companies. All goods travel at buyer s risk and expense. If specific shipping instructions are not provided, method of shipping will be at our discretion. PICKING UP Covering plant material in transit is imperative to the health of the plant. When picking up plant material in an open truck or trailer, please bring your own tarp or windscreen. A mesh wind tarp is preferable. If you do not bring one we will sell you a very reasonably priced reusable wind mesh tarp for $.75 per sq ft. Semi wind tarps are sent out with every load of calliper trees. It is your responsibility to return the tarp the following day. Tarps not returned within two days will be billed at $990 plus taxes. CONDITIONS OF SALE We accept all orders subject to crop conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a portion of the order, or all thereof, should injury befall our stock from hail, windstorm, frost, other weather conditions, error in count, insect and disease injury, or other causes beyond our control. Cancellation cannot be accepted within three days of the ship date, and definitely not after the order has been loaded onto a truck. If stock is damaged or unduly delayed in transit, file a claim with the transport company immediately. Claims for any cause must be made by phone within 3 days of receipt of stock and in writing within 5 days. All stock leaves the nursery in good condition, therefore our responsibility ends on delivery of stock to the transit company. Contract grown orders cannot be cancelled and will be billed regardless of shipment. ~Please inquire about any items you are looking for that are not listed. ~If you do not receive our availability list, please provide us with your email address. ~Please Note: All plants might not be available in all sizes listed.
