Nature of Business and Hours Central Coast Wilds nursery is a wholesale and contract grower of California native plants for habitat restoration, revegetation and commercial-residential landscape. We distribute quarterly plant availability lists to our regular customers and to all others upon request. Please call for recent updates or to be placed on our regular quarterly mailing/fax/email list. We are open Monday-Saturday by APPOINTMENT for nursery visits and pick-ups. DROP-IN nursery visits are welcome Monday thru Friday between 1pm and 5pm. Contact Growing In order to provide our clients with the highest quality and most affordable native plants for revegetation projects or landscape installations we offer custom growing services on a contract basis. Contract grown orders allows for flexibility in terms of types of seeds and container sizes used for propagation and allows for staggered delivery schedules. All contract orders require a signed contract and a 20% deposit. A Maintenance fee of 10% per month of the total cost of the plants held will be applied after 30 days and every 30 days thereafter to orders not received in accordance with the agreed upon delivery schedule. Terms of Sale All plant sales are C.O.D. unless prior credit approval has been granted. Please contact us for a credit application. A service charge of 2% per month shall be paid on all past due credit accounts. Orders can be held up to two weeks at the nursery with a 20% deposit after which the order must be paid in full. If an order is not paid in full or picked up after 1 month, the plants will be pulled from hold and the deposit will be applied to the accured plant maintenance. Sale items can not be held for pickup. For plant delivery a minimum order of $50-$400 is required depending on area. Customers receiving deliveries are expected to assist in unloading. Smaller orders can be picked up at the nursery on an appointment basis. All deliveries are to be inspected and stored properly on arrival. It is understood that any unacceptable plants, either as to condition or count, must be noted on the accompanying delivery receipt in order to receive proper credit. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately. Warranty and Sudden Oak Death Central Coast Wilds Nursery Terms We warrant all stock to be true to name, healthy and free from pests. However, we will be liable only to the extent of the original purchase price of any plant we sell. Plant performance is dependent on climatic and cultural factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by contingencies beyond our control. The CDFA and the County Agricultural Commissioner s office continually monitor our nursery for the presence of Sudden Oak Death Syndrome. No signs of SOD have been found in our nursery. In accordance with the current quarantine, we cannot transport listed species outside the quarantined counties.
