THE DETAILS Extra Information All our pricing is inclusive of GST. Cut off date for Christmas Day orders is Friday 15th December Delivery fee A $55.00 delivery charge is charged to all inner Melbourne addresses. Delivery on Christmas Eve is available 8:30am - 10:30am for $80. For deliveries outside inner Melbourne an additional fee will be negotiated. Minimum spend Monday to Friday $250.00 Saturday & Sunday $550.00. No minimum for pick up orders. Christmas day we are closed Orders can be picked up for Christmas Day on Christmas Eve, Sunday 24 December between 8.30am and 11.00am. Ordering We require a minimum of five working days notice for final numbers. This will form the basis of our billing. We also understand that that there are last minute changes and special requests. Dietary requirements A minimum of 5 days notice required. Our staff will endeavour to accommodate these dietary requirements We are happy to provide for vegetarian, coeliac and other special requests. Staff If you do require wait staff, pricing starts at $45.00 per hour and required to be paid for a minimum of 4 hours each. Christmas Day staff are charged at $92.00 per hour and chefs at $120 per hour and are subject to availability. Platters We pride ourselves on a premium product and for Christmas Day catering we will require your help. Many of the items will require assembly a few hours prior to service.
