Catering Terms & Conditions 1. Buffet Set-Up: Our menu prices quoted include the provision of all essential crockery & cutlery, serving equipment, buffet tables, tablecloths, skirting and all necessary catering accessories for a ready-to-serve buffet. 2. Catering Duration: All functions catered are for a period not exceeding four (4) hours or up to 11.00pm whichever is the earlier. Exceeding this period, a surcharge of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour will be imposed. 3. Optional Requirements: Additional table and chair are charged separately on a daily basis. Plastic Stool at $1.00 each and Table at $5.00 each. 4. Confirmation of Function: We will require at least seven (7) days notice before the date of function. All functions confirmed are subject to a written agreement from us. 5. Settlement Terms: All payment must be made upon your check in by Cash, Nets or Credit Card. Prices quoted are subjected to 7% GST.
