Terms and Conditions Any catering requirements for conferences and events should be directed through the University s Hospitality Services Team in the Conference Centre by email: conference.centre@solent.ac.uk or telephone: 023 8201 5757. Hospitality equipment Allergens and special diets All orders will be supplied with the necessary serving dishes, bento boxes, china and cutlery for the numbers booked but should any of these items be missing on collection, charges may be imposed. We understand that food allergies can present a serious concern for some of our customers. If you would like information on the allergen content of our foods, please speak to a member of staff, who will be happy to assist. Minimum numbers All menus and rates within this brochure apply to bookings of 4 persons. Please advise of any special requirements, particularly allergies, at time of booking and every effort will be made to provide suitable dishes. For example: Vegetarian options are illustrated with (V). Gluten/wheat free products are available on request. Late bookings A request for catering at short notice will be considered and if able to provide the order a late booking fee may be charged. Cancellation Charges will be incurred on the following: Beverages; if cancelled within 24 hours or less, Food orders; if cancelled within 72 hours or less. Please note: theses charges apply to notice periods on weekdays only, i.e. cancellation of an order for Monday needs to be notified by the previous Wednesday.
