Private Events Bedell Cellars Corey Creek Vineyards Drinks Catering Planning Parking Let us help you plan your perfect event, whether it s a business retreat, birthday party, retirement celebration, rehearsal dinner, small wedding, or even a lobster bake among old friends. We have packages available to tailor your experience and create an unforgettable event on one of our two gorgeous vineyard properties. At Bedell, private events can be held in several different areas of the property, from a more intimate gathering in our chic loft-style Tasting Room, to a larger affair under our cathedral roofed pavilion, or an open-air celebration on our 4,000 square foot mahogany deck overlooking the vineyards. If you re looking for a more casual setting for a relaxing farm-to-table feast, our apple orchard and west lawn are also available. At Corey Creek, private events for up to 50 guests can be hosted comfortably inside our chic, barn-style Tasting Room with its south-facing deck offering sweeping views across the vineyards toward Peconic Bay. Events with more than 50 guests can be hosted in a fabulous pole-tent with dance floor on the vineyard adjacent lawn, with cocktails or dessert in the Tasting Room. There s no additional charge for on-site ceremonies or activities, and we are happy to accommodate your special requests. Bedell Cellars wines are served exclusively and charged on consumption with no minimum purchase requirement. Clients receive a 15% discount on wine. Beverage service includes mixers, soft drinks, ice, iced tea, lemonade, bottled water and three types of beer at a charge of $15 per person. Hard alcohol is permitted and must be arranged and served through one of our caterers. Beverage service can be scaled back accordingly based on your needs. We have sourced a select group of premium caterers for events on our properties, offering a variety of options and specialties to fit all your needs. They will assist you with menu selections and rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware and china etc. We re happy to provide a list of vendors who will make your planning process a breeze. This list includes everything from private event planners to calligraphers, florists, photographers, musicians, transportation and accommodations. Our staff will also be on-site during your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. Valet Parking and Security are required for all events. The quote is determined by number of guests and whether you are providing transportation for your guests. These services are contracted separately with our approved Valet and Security provider, and are not included in our fees.
