Additional Infomation Entry is by ticket only. A non-refundable deposit of 10.00 per person will be taken at time of booking. All reserved tables must be paid in full by 1st November 2018. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash or BACS transfer as method of payment. Tickets, once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or transfers to other dates will be offered if you are unable to attend the event due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason. We advise that you take out insurance against such an eventuality. We operate a seating plan but cannot guarantee that you will not be sharing a table if below 10 guests in your party. Individuals to pre-select their Menu ahead of date of selected Party Night. All menu choices for Party Nights on Saturday 1st, Friday 7th, Saturday 8th December 2018 are required back to Villiers no later than 20th November 2018. Party Nights on Friday 14th, Saturday 15th, Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd December 2018 are required no later than 1st December 2018.
