MEET OUR TEAM MEET THE TEAM Our Conference Events Team, lead by Travis Moriaty, will book your event at and complete all the contracting and coordinating your requirements with you for your booking. Your event coordinator will discuss venue options, menu selection, audio visual, equipment needs and develop your event run-sheet. During the course of the event your coordinator will ensure that the transition between each phase of your event runs with ease. The banquet team is lead by Larissa Gee, who s Food & Beverage Attendants and the Chef team will provide all your meals during your event s break outs. Your event s Food & Beverage Attendant will greet you in the morning, reconfirm details for the day, provide you Health and Safety brief and be on hand throughout the course of your event. This team will also re-set your room during the breaks and are always on hand to help with your event. Business Events and Banquet Team MEET DAMIAN, YOUR CHEF Our menus are creatively prepared around the seasons so that we are always using the freshest produce. Carefully selected local ingredients, including from our own vegetable garden, are creatively fused for an inspired cuisine experience. No winery restaurant would be complete without a good wine match so we have hand-picked our wine list which features some of the best vintages from local well-known cellars and boutique wineries.
