Harrogate 18 miles York 26 miles Sheffield 40 miles Manchester 102 miles Edinburgh 211 miles London 193 miles BY BUS A matchday shuttle bus service operated by First Leeds Buses, numbered R2, departs from Sovereign Street, adjacent to Leeds station, to the stadium. The service departs 90 minutes before kick-off and runs at frequent intervals. At the end of the match, a frequent service will operate back to Leeds city centre. Prices are 2.50 return for adults and 1.25 return for children. Bus numbers 51 / 52 / 55 also travel from Leeds City Centre along Elland Road and stop outside of the stadium. Along Elland Road, please note that bus stops outside the ground are suspended one hour before and one hour after a home match. BY RAIL Leeds Railway Station is 2 miles away. London trains depart/arrive from Kings Cross. Journey time approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Regular services available. BY AIR Leeds Bradford Airport is 12 miles away.
FAQS Where can I park? We have up to 200 car parking spaces available on site, on a first come first served basis. Disabled car parking is also available, and you will not need to pre-book these. You are able to leave your car on site overnight, although it will need to be collected before 9am if there is a football match the following day. What is the minimum number of guests required? We do not have a minimum or maximum number for bookings, but any groups smaller than 8 may be on a shared table with other parties. Can we add people to our booking? Yes, the more the merrier! We will be happy to welcome more guests, unless we are fully booked, and even then we will try to fit them in. Booking early is advised, to avoid any disappointment. Will there be a cash bar? Yes we have several fully stocked bars, which accept cash and card payments. However we do highly recommend pre-ordering our drinks packages to save you time and money on the evening. We will send out drinks pre order forms towards the end of the year. Is this a ticketed event? At Elland Road we like to be environmentally friendly, and therefore we do not print tickets for our Christmas parties. A host will welcome you and your names will be on the guest list. What if I have any special dietary requirements? Our chefs can be flexible and adapt the menu to suit your needs. Menu choices and dietary requirements are required 2 weeks in advance of your party. Is there an age limit? All of our parties are open to anyone over the age of 18. We operate Challenge 25 at the bar, please be prepared to show proof of age when buying alcohol. Is there a dress code? The dress code is smart party wear. We do not allow ripped denim, sportswear or trainers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Telephone Bookings Telephone bookings will be accepted, provided that a formal confirmation is received by us with the relevant deposit within 14 days. Any reservation made after October 2017 must be accompanied by full remittance to secure the booking. Deposit A deposit of 15.00 per person is required to secure bookings. All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Payment Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque and BACS. Cheques must be made payable to Leeds United Football Club. Cash will not be accepted. If paying by BACS, your event booking reference should be used as a payment reference. Deposit and final balance payments need to be paid in one transaction by the specified due dates. Individual payments for individual places will not be accepted. The balance of payment due is required to reach us no later than 1 November 2017. No monies are refunded after this date. In the instance of an increase in the numbers after this date all monies must be paid in full on booking. Number of Guests If you wish to increase your numbers every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests, however we cannot guarantee it will be possible. Transfer Booking Leeds United reserve the right to move any booking to an alternative suite or venue should the facilities reserved become unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Prior notice at the earliest opportunity will be given. Price Alterations All prices are subject to alteration, generally due to changes in the rates of VAT, Customs and Excise Duty or unforeseen increases in the price of raw materials. Full Private use of Facilities When a suite is reserved for the sole private use of a party, there may be a room hire charge levied and a requirement for the party size to be not less than an agreed minimum number, dependent on the suite booked. Certain parties may be requested to provide Leeds United with a bond, returnable subject to a satisfactory post function report. Cancellation of Booking Any cancellations, non-arrivals or decrease in numbers for whatever reason, whether individual guests or groups, made after final payment date of six weeks prior to the event will forfeit all monies paid. No monies are refundable and no substitute in the form of wine or other service is offered. Bar & Wine Facilities We are fully licensed and offer a comprehensive bar and wines service and in this respect, under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks on to the premises or consume any drinks that may have been obtained via raffles, tombola prizes or similar. Bar tab deposits are payable in advance. Special Diets All our menu choices carry a vegetarian alternative. We request that party organisers inform us in advance of any special ethnic or dietary requirements. Dress Code The management respectfully request that all guests dress smartly. In the interest of our guests we reserve the right to refuse access to any guest who, in our opinion, is improperly dressed. Christmas Gifts Please note that due to safety reasons Christmas gifts will kindly be asked to be stored in the Cloakroom to be collected on departure. We cannot allow wrapped / unwrapped gifts to be taken into the venue. Sprays / Aerosols Under no circumstances will spray, party string or similar aerosol type sprays be permitted. All safety and fire regulations must be observed. Damage to Property Any loss or damage to Leeds United property is the responsibility of the client in whose name the party is booked. Car Parking We have extensive on-site free parking and whilst we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to your vehicle while on the premises, by employing security personnel, we take great care to safeguard your property. In the event of a home match all cars must be off the premises before 09:00am. Increase in VAT We have the right to adjust our prices in conjunction with any VAT increases up to the date of the event.
