The Embassy Ballroom can accommodate up to 720 guests Room rental starts at $1,200.00++ All room rental packages include tables, chairs, white linens, charming mirrored centerpieces with hurricane globes and a single tapered candle and votive Candles, table for the DJ, two cake tables, one sign in table, one gift table, and one hostess table if needed. Our Wedding Packages for food range from $30.00++ per person to $48.00++ per person, exclusive of service charge and sales tax. Terms and Conditions The Embassy Ballroom that we use for weddings is generally rented for an all day rental for the wedding party to come in and decorate and then leave to go to the Wedding Ceremony. Each Ballroom rental is based upon the number of guests in attendance and the amount of food and beverage purchased for the event. Embassy Suites is the only catering source allowed into the hotel except the cake vendor of your choice. In order to reserve a date for a wedding or reception, a catering contract must be signed and a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 paid. The remaining balance of the bill must be paid 72 business hours prior to the event. If you will be using a personal check, this needs to be received 10 days prior to the event in order for the check to process and clear the bank.
