Farmer power Synthite has instituted a Farm Tech Division to guarantee traceability of raw materials. Synthite's unparalleled raw material sourcing ability is due to its highly organized farmer networks across the country and its high level of control at source. Synthite ensures that its farmers are trained to grow produce as per international norms. Highlights: Processing power Synthite's spices are processed at Synthite Taste Park, a state-of-the-art, ISO certified and HACCP compliant processing facility sprawling over many acres. Set in a quiet hamlet in Kerala, this facility is placed close to Synthite's main processing unit. Manned by a team of trained personnel with stellar technical and scientific knowledge as well as familiarity with the latest international Food Processing norms, it has dedicated lines for the processing of all major spices. 50,000 sq. ft. processing facility Initial Capacity of 4500 MT per annum, expandable up to 13000 MT in one year within the facility 2000 MT temperature controlled storage facility Magnets and metal detectors throughout the process Colour sorting of seed spices Development lab to provide customers the facility to customise Batch type sterilisers wherein preset conditions give results as per customer requirement Uniform microbiological results in every lot Guaranteed results of TPC - 100,000 cfu/gm Typical results below 20,000 cfu/gm

Products are tested for pesticide residues, aflatoxins and microbial load.
