Safely clean beer lines just once a month & save 70% 70% less cleaning 70% less waste 70% more profit

All current beer line cleaning chemicals are highly poisonous, damaging and must be used weekly. FullClear is the world s first, and only, non-toxic and non-corrosive solution that is so safe and effective it only needs to be used once a month. FullClear is a scientifically formulated and proven breakthrough beverage line cleaner, that establishes a new benchmark for best practice in the industry. Simply replacing dated, toxic and corrosive chemicals with FullClear results in dramatic improvements in beer quality, safety, customer satisfaction and unparalleled savings for venue owners. Dispense System Disinfection The key to maintaining excellent microbiological controls in beer dispense systems is to ensure that all parts exposed to the atmosphere are sterilised as regularly as possible. FullClear s Connector Spray and Nozzle Cleaning Tablets are the ideal products to achieve the highest hygienic standards. Connector Spray This spray is formulated to sterilise keg connections, cellar couplings, cellarbouy bleed line openings and nozzle threads. Nozzle Cleaning Tablets Supplied in packs of 31 tablets. Simply place nozzles / sparklers into a glass of clean cold water and add 1 tablet to sterilise and clean. Beer Line Cleaning FullClear s Beer Line Cleaner and Activator form a unique 2 product beer line cleaning solution. Beer Line Cleaner Supplied in ready-to-use 5L concentration. This product is used in a 1:1 ratio with Activator and added to the cleaning tank in exactly the same way as existing chemicals. Beer Line Activator Supplied in ready-to-use 5L concentration. This product is used in a 1:1 ratio with the Beer Line Cleaner and added to the cleaning tank in exactly the same way as existing chemicals. FullClear for the first time has dedicated the design of a product to each part of the cleaning process. FullClear will save venues 9,031.33 a year in labour, water and beer waste for a typical 15 line bar. This represents a 70% reduction of current costs. The only non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic and eco-ethical beer line cleaner. UK beverage dispensing businesses lose an estimated 1 billion annually through weekly line cleaning. Cleaning just once a month with FullClear will save 700 million a year. Circa 1 billion litres of water saved annually.

The problem Testimonials CURRENT CHEMICALS ON THE MARKET Ineffective at removing biofilm Produces unwanted by-products Corrosive so can damage pipes and connections Can leave taste and odour or colour residue ph dependent and very ineffective above ph7 Ineffective against complex organisms (e.g.: cysts and protoxoa) Neutralisation sometimes required before dumping to foul drain Ineffective at high temperatures Irritant to eyes and skin Frequent usage required Poorer beverage quality I have been very impressed with the company s diligence, testing and the results I have seen for myself using using FullClear. FullClear is undoubtedly effective in removing bacteria, improving the quality of beer served by publicans to consumers and increasing operational efficiency. Edward Theakston Theakstons and Cask Marque We are fastidious with our beer processes and cellar management, a view that we felt was echoed by FullClear. They have helped us to maintain a pristine dispense system and reduce to a monthly cleaning cycle, improving beer quality and driving operational efficiency. Alastair Scott Malvern Inns (previously COO at Mitchells & Butlers) As a theme park we want to ensure the safety of all our visitors and pride ourselves on our food outlets, bars and restaurants five-star FSA rating. FullClear helps us achieve those standards with our beer quality. Gordon Gibb Owner, Flamingo Land After cleaning with FullClear for the first time, we were was amazed to see how much biofilm had been removed from the water tank and lines. We had no idea that there was so much residual bacteria in our lines and that was from cleaning weekly with our now previous supplier. As the North of England s largest bar and nightclub operator, we are pleased to have improved our health and safety standards for both our customers and staff and proud to be now working with FullClear across our entire estate. The solution THE BENEFITS Highly efficient biofilm remover. Will remove biofilm and thus thoroughly clean lines, pipes and systems Does not form harmful by-products Non-corrosive and does not hydrolise to form acid, so won t damage pipes or connections Odourless, colourless and tasteless Not ph dependent and is ph neutral in water Very broad spectrum kill Because no unwanted by-products are formed, no neutralisation Effective at higher temperatures does not disassociate Irritation free at dosing concentrations Extended periods between cleans biofilm does not re-form as readily after treatment Much improved beverage quality Having used FullClear for 12 months, we have experienced consistently improved beer quality and benefited from their dedicated support team. Being able to switch from a weekly to a monthly clean has also reduced our beer waste, whilst ensuring staff are more available to customers. Mark Younk General Manager, Provenance Inns Throughout our one year partnership with FullClear, we have been impressed with their ability to meet the demands of our busy bar venues. Through using their beer line cleaning solution, we have not only improved the quality of beer we are serving to customers but also reduced cleaning times and the amount of time we have to take beers off the bar. Darren Rothwell Director, Bar Fibre & The Viaduct Show Bar Rob Halliday Area Manager, Tokyo Industries FullClear simply cannot be referred to as a line cleaner as the product cleans the entire dispense system. The fact FullClear cleans so throughly and just as importantly, safely, allows us to reduce our cleaning cycle from weekly to monthly, which is not only a huge financial benefit but also vastly reduces wastage and a huge saving in time. Unlike chemical based solutions and even water, FullClear can be left for long periods of time between use, which as a seasonal venue, is a fantastic benefit. Rob Oates Commercial Director Leeds Rhinos

PRODUCT TESTS To date over hundreds of independent tests have been carried out in different venues. The overwhelming results show that cleaning with FullClear not only extended the clean cycle from weekly to monthly, and in many cases longer, but also reduced the bacteria levels in the lines significantly. In all test cases the venues have gone on to become FullClear customers and are benefiting from massive cost savings and improved beer quality. On average venues had bacteria counts of 1548 TVC in their lines after five days having cleaned with the current market leading chemicals. FullClear is now the preferred beer line cleaning supplier to all UK Hilton Hotels. Testing the same lines after one clean with FullClear, four weeks later the vast majority were sterile and bacteria free. Five week trials have also been carried out by the Brewery Research Institute (Campden BRI) and found FullClear to be 96.7% more effective than caustic/chlorine chemicals. FullClear is more effective than industry standard cleaner achieving a 4.46 log reduction whereas the reference cleaner only reduced the microbial load by 2.98 log. In fact, in the line sections cleaned with Fullclear the microbial loading was below the level of detection. THE BREWERY RESEARCH INSTITUTE In BRI tests FullClear was 96.7% more effective than caustic/chlorine chemicals. After trialling FullClear we re extremely positive about its results both financially and the improvements in the safety of our team members and customers. Anthony Worral DIRECTOR OF F&B, HILTON UK, IRELAND & ISRAEL

We are absolutely delighted with FullClear. The savings on labour, wastage and ullage against existing practice are huge.
