Weddings with the Best View of Cincinnati! at the Embassy Suites Cincinnati RiverCenter Hotel! Our hotel offers a unique setting along the Ohio Riverfront, overlooking the downtown Cincinnati skyline. Packages include a full meal, plus 4 hours of beer, wine, and soft drinks (additional hours and cocktails may be added). Our Captain's View room is perfect for rehearsal dinners, and holds up to 50 guests. This spectacular room has windows on 2 sides, and overlooks the Cincinnati skyline and Roebling Bridge. It also features a large outdoor patio, making a stunning backdrop for photos, or a ceremony for up to 150 guests. Our Roebling Ballroom accommodates up to 220 guests with a dance floor and round tables with black or white linens. Brides booking a reception in this room with 100 people or more, may also have use of the Captain's View room and patio during their reception (if requested, and available). This room is perfect for hosting the first hour of the reception as your guests first arrive at the hotel, and as your event progresses, your guests move to the Roebling Ballroom for dinner and dancing. For the most dazzling setting of all, our brand new (in 2010) City View Ballroom extends along the river side of the hotel, with dramatic views of the Cincinnati skyline. This room can accommodate up to 100 guests, and when combined with the Captain s View room, can hold 150 guests, and includes outdoor patio access. *Book your wedding reception or rehearsal dinner with us, and receive reduced rates on a block of overnight rooms for incoming guests. Please contact us to schedule a tour of the hotel. We host most wedding 'site visits' on Saturday afternoon, when the room is being set for a wedding that evening. Embassy Suites RiverCenter General Reception Information and Policies The following information will answer many questions about our reception and rehearsal dinner facilities. By booking an event with us, you are agreeing to these policies and guidelines. Please contact our catering manager should you have any questions about these items....room Set-Up... Our Staff will set the room with seventy-two inch round tables for your guests (seat 8 or 10 per table), a skirted head table for the wedding party, skirted gift and cake tables, staging for entertainment, and a parquet dance floor. Table numbers and stands can be provided to reserve tables or assign seating.....menus Complete menu selections and room set up details must be submitted to the Catering Department a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event date. No outside food items may be brought into the banquet room, with the exception of wedding cake and table favors. For events with multiple entrée selections, the guest is responsible for providing place cards denoting which entrée each guest has selected. Menus and pricing are valid for events through 2011....Linens... Tables are double-draped with your choice of white or black linen table cloths and napkins. We can recommend vendors for colored linens or chair covers....deposit... For a wedding reception, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. An 80% deposit of your estimated total is due 2 weeks prior to your function. For Rehearsal Dinners we require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. All final balances are due the evening of your event....guarantees... We require a confirmation of guaranteed attendance 3 working days prior to all functions. The guarantee cannot be reduced after this deadline. Your final bill will be based on the guaranteed number, plus any additional charge. Meals will be prepared for your guaranteed figure; however, the room can be set for 3% over your guarantee and we will make every effort to duplicate your menu for additional guests. If we do not receive a guarantee, we will consider the number of guests estimated on the catering contract as the guarantee....deliveries... Please contact our catering manager to coordinate delivery times....room Discounts and Blocks... As our gift to you, for a reception of 75 guests or more, we provide one complimentary King Riverview Suite for the bride and groom for the night of your reception. We will also make arrangements for a block of 10 rooms at a discounted rate for your guests. For more than 10 rooms, a credit card is required to guarantee 80% pick up of the block. All reservations must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival to receive the group rate. Parking Complimentary parking is available to all of your dinner guests who self park in the hotel garage. Guests must have their parking tickets stamped at the front desk in order to exit the garage at no charge. For overnight guests, self parking is $14 per night. Valet services are available at an additional charge. Amplification... For the consideration of all hotel guests, all music and microphone use must end by 12:00 AM..Tax and Service Charge. All banquet charges (including room rental and audio visual equipment) are subject to a 22% gratuity/service charge, and 6% state sales tax. The 22% service charge is taxable in the state of Kentucky..Liability. Embassy Suites reserves the right to inspect and control all receptions & dinners held on premises. All Federal, State & Local laws regarding food purchase and consumption are strictly adhered to. The food service operator license does not permit leftover food to be removed at the conclusion of your event..decor. Open flames, glitter, confetti, sand and bubbles are not permitted. We do not permit affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings. Additional labor charges will apply for extraordinary cleaning required by use of such items without the hotel s permission..cancellation Policy. If the event is cancelled after the signed contract has been received a cancellation fee will be charged. The exact amount will be outlined in your contract. Rescheduling a cancelled event does not remove the responsibility of the cancellation fee.
