24 CARAT GOLDEN SUNSET Radisson Blu Sky Hotelis asuva Lounge24 poolt 2012. aastal turule toodud ja meie kokteilimeistrite mitmekuise töö tulemusena loodud 24 Carat Golden Sunseti nautimine on omaette sündmus, mida igaüks peaks vähemalt kord elus kogema. Meie kunstiteos koosneb kõigepealt ühest osast Remy Martin Louis XIII konjakist, mis on vaieldamatult üks parimatest ja kindlasti üks kallimatest konjakitest maailmas ning mida toodetakse Prantsusmaa Grand Champagne piirkonna viinamarjadest ja laagerdatakse rohkem kui 100 aastat. Sellesse peenesse kokteili lisavad meie meistrid kaks Orange Bitteris marineeritud kristalliseeritud suhkrutükki. Järgmisena lõhnastatakse kunstiteos meie meeskonna poolt valmistatud ja laagerdatud virsikulikööriga. Peale seda avavad meie baarmenid pudeli Moët & Chandon šampanjat ning valavad klaasi seda ääreni täis, jättes allesjäänu koos pudeliga, lauale. Viimaseks sammuks, mis viib meid ühtlasi tagasi 15. sajandisse, on 24 Carat Golden Sunsetile söödavate 24-karaadiste kullahelveste lisamine. Meie meistrid valmistavad 24 Carat Golden Sunseti Teie lauas ning joogi tellinud külastajatel on võimalus end lasta koos selle kunstiteosega pildistada ning saada jäädvustatuks meie asjatundjate kuulsuste seinal. 290

Our creation consists of one part Remy Martin Louis XIII Cognac, arguably one of the finest and certainly one of the most expensive cognacs in the world which is developed using the grapes from the Grand Champagne Region in France and is matured for over 100 years. To this exquisite cocktail, our mixologists then add two crystallized sugar cubes which have been marinated in Orange bitter. The next stage is to perfume the creation by the addition of Peach Liquor which is made and matured by our in-house team. After this stage, our creators open a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne and fill the glass to the top, leaving what remains in the bottle to the table. The final stage and one that dates to the 15th century, is the addition of 24 Carat Edible Gold Flakes to the 24 Carat Golden Sunset.
