Full payment of the balance is required five weeks pri to the date of the function. Any reservations which have not been confirmed by this date will be deemed to have been cancelled and any deposit paid will be retained. Full pre-payment is also required f any accommodation bookings. All reservations f the Christmas & New Year breaks will be held as provisional f a period of no me than ten days. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (of the total package price) is required within this ten day period, with the balance due six weeks pri to arrival.
