BOOKING CONDITIONS All reservations f both Christmas & New Year functions will be held as provisional f a period of no me than ten days pending the receipt of written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person. Full payment of the balance is required five weeks pri to the date of the function. Any reservations which have not been confirmed by this date will be deemed to have been cancelled and any deposit paid will be retained. A non-refundable deposit of 25% (of the total package price) is required within this ten day period, with the balance due six weeks pri to arrival. In the event of any function package having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date venue will be offered a full refund given. A cancellation charge of the amount received by the hotel part thereof will be made in the event of all part of the booking being amended cancelled by the client. The hotel reserves the right to alter amend any of the contents and prices of the events packages. The prevailing party in any litigation under this agreement is entitled to recover their costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees. If any invoiced sum due under this agreement remains due and owing f 28 days then the party to which the sum is owed will be entitled to recover their legal fees of 100.00 plus VAT such higher amount as may be agreed assessed by the court and any sum provided f under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act.
