Full payment required by 31st October 2013. 3. Should final payment not be received by this date then the booking will automatically be released with the loss of all deposit paid. Bookings made after 31st October 2013 requires full payment. 4. Deposits and final payments are strictly non-refundable and cannot be offset against other services or products. 5. Final numbers and pre-orders of wine and food must be confirmed with the hotel two weeks prior to the event. 6. Account bars must be arranged prior to the event with the Christmas coordinator.
