All bookings will remain tentative until a completed, signed Agreement of Terms & Conditions is returned to functions@ventuno.com.au; 2. Upon receipt of this agreement, a $1000 deposit will be charged to the authorized credit card provided; 3. Final guest numbers plus food and beverage choices must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event including any dietary and allergy requirements; 4. On the day of your event, the billable amount will be based on the minimum numbers confirmed. Final payment is required at the conclusion of the function; 5. Monday to Saturday - A gratuity charge of 10% will be added to the final bill; 6. Sunday & Public Holiday - A gratuity and surcharge of 12% will be added to the final bill; 7. Cancellation Terms: a. If you need to cancel your function, please email in writing to functions@ventuno.com.au b. No cancellation fee applies if more than seven (7) days notice is given; c. If less than seven (7) days notice is given for cancellation of your event, the deposit paid will not be refunded; d. 100% of the function cost will be charged for no shows; 8. From 1 January through to 31 st October the minimum spend requirement is outlined as follows: a. Monday to Thursday lunch $2,500; b. Friday to Sunday lunch $3,500; c. Monday to Thursday and Sunday dinner $3,500; d. Friday and Saturday dinner $4,500. 9. Our venue can accommodate 36 guests sit down however for an additional hire fee we can accommodate up to 60 guests; 10. We can accommodate up to 75 guests standing; 11. Strictly no amplified music or microphones are permitted; 12. A maximum of two split bills for food and beverages per function. No individual purchases at the bar; 13. In accordance to RSA regulations Ventuno reserves the right to refuse service to any member of a party who is intoxicated or demonstrating aggressive behaviour; 14. Ventuno Restaurant is located in a residential area and as such adheres to some noise restrictions.
