A deposit of 50.00 per adult is required for the New Year s Eve Gala Ball. Should the event cost less than 10.00 per adult, the full balance would be due. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the meal, wine and drinks and submit meal pre-orders by Monday 3 November. Once full payment is received, no refunds or exchanges will be made. Please note no personal cheques can be accepted.
