BUDDON BURN PRIVATE FESTIVE PARTIES The Buddon Burn Suite is a beautiful, intimate space with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the fishing lochans and Angus countryside beyond. It can hold up to 60 people and offers a unique festive dining experience for parties who are looking for a more private setting. A three course festive meal will be served, followed by tea and coffee. The menu is the same as the Christmas Party Nights menu and we do require a pre-order, at least 7 days before the event. 30pp in December 26pp in January Glass of fizz on arrival and half bottle of wine per person on table. Parties under 35 will be required to pay a 295 room hire charge Christmas songs can be played in the background throughout the night with table service for drinks on request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS All prices are inclusive of VAT at current rate. A 10 per person NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE deposit is required for all events. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the event. This payment is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days then released if no deposit paid. Forbes of Kingennie reserve the right to variations in the menu/programme of events. No food or drink may be brought into the premises. Should circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of an event/entertainment then we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement/ reschedule/refund as applicable. This includes the right to cancel if numbers aren t viable. For our 1.30pm sitting for Christmas Day lunch, we kindly ask for your table to be vacated by 3.30pm (you are welcome to take a seat in our bar area should you wish to do so); for our 3.30pm sitting, we kindly ask for the premises to be vacated by 6pm. Forbes of Kingennie cannot be held responsible for loss of any personal property. We operate a zero tolerance of aggressive behaviour or abuse of any kind towards our staff and reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone acting aggressively or causing a disturbance. We reserve the right to charge the organiser/company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. Young persons under the age of 16 years are not permitted to attend Christmas Party nights.
