The mouder with the counter-rotating pressure board gives a big advantage in the production of baguettes and mini-baguettes. Mutipe Bread Line Excusive The Mutipe Bread Line Excusive is deveoped for bakeries with imited space, and at the same time, high demand on the quaity of the bread production. The intermediate proving time is between 3-7 minutes. The mouder can be paced in different positions in order to optimize the working fow in the bakery.
