The hotel is located on the corner of the Brussels Ring and the E40 and near Aalst Affligem, Asse, Ternat and Dilbeek. BREAKFAST MEETING We serve breakfast between 7am and 12am in one of our meeting rooms. CATERING A LA CARTE Receptions

RECEPTION FORMULAS A drink or an extensive reception can always be provided at the following rates: FORMULA 1 Free consumption consisting of beers on tap, fruit juice and soft drinks. FORMULA 2 Free consumption consisting of sparkling wine or white and red wines, beers on tap and soft drinks. FORMULA 3 Free consumption consisting of house champagne and fruit juice. Additional In these formulas, we can offer an assortment of hot and cold snacks (3 per person) provided at 7.50 per person. If you wish to enjoy your drink or reception in the meeting room itself, the performance of the necessary personnel will be at 42,50 per waiter/per hour. (1 waiter per 30 people). The drinks are individually charged after the expiry of the fixed rate.

BUFFETS The buffets bellow can be a supplement and can be added at a reception or a walking dinner. If you want a total formula of the buffets, please make your choice with a minimum of 5 buffets. The buffets are available from a group of 30 people. Cold ham - 7,50 p.p. We serve this with mustard, farm bread and a salad with very tinny slices of white cabbage and shallots. Ganda ham - 7,50 p.p. The ham is served with ciabatta bread and tinny slices of dices tomatoes, perfumed with fresh basilica and melon, marinated in a red Porto and served on a plate with a fork. Foie grass - 13,50 p.p. We serve two types of foie grass. This will be accompanied with buns of brioches stuffed with a jelly of Pineault des Charente s. Salmon - 7,50 p.p. We serve three types of salmon: smoked, marinated and a mustard salmon served on the minute. Scandinavia - 12,75 p.p. On this buffet you can find Scandinavian fish specialties such as smoked salmon, salmon gravlax, a cod terrine, marinated herring, accompanied with bread. Paella Valenciana - 10,75 p.p. A Spanish paella in a big paella pan with saffron rice, rabbit, chicken, squid rings, scampi and gamba. Sweet - 8,50 p.p. Mini buffet of desserts with 3 mini-desserts per person, coffee and tea included.
