Wine List Our wine list is constantly evolving and the evolution is thanks to constant feedback from our guests. We have focused on wines that originate from this area and cultivars that thrive in the hot and dry weather that is found around these regions. The list therefore leans heavily in favour of Paarl and surrounding wine farms. Basically you ve come all the way here, so drink our wines. Red varietals that do well in this area are Shiraz & Pinotage and the only white varietal that really copes well is Chenin Blanc. When it comes to descriptions we again listened to our guests who mostly are wholesome folk who truly enjoy their wine and doesn t take it too seriously.
