Climbing Wines Region: Orange, NSW, Australia Sourced from the higher elevation of our Estate grown vineyard above 600m (Orange appellation) Climbing wines exhibit intense flavours courtesy of lower yielding vines set on ancient soil, extremely cool nights and carefully nurtured viticulture. The label is inspired by the higher elevation vines that give such a unique character and was drawn from an 1880 s Dive Circus poster with the dashing Henry scaling the heights inspired by the local extinct volcano peak, Mount Canobolas. Region: Central Ranges, NSW, Australia Defined by elevation, Orange is one of Australia's highest and coolest wine regions starting at 600 meters above sea level. From our 508 hectare vineyard comes our Chasing Clouds range. The name Chasing Clouds is inspired by this elevation, as well as by our continual quest for greater heights in winemaking. The vines are low yield, providing intense flavours and even berry ripening. The resulting wines exhibit tremendous vibrancy, whilst retaining the elegance characteristic of the high elevation terroir.
