Terms and Conditions 1) Any changes in numbers of guests attending need to be communicated to Park Plaza Riverbank London one week prior to the event. Failure to inform us will result in additional charges. 2) 50% of the initial charges (including VAT, excluding service charge) are required to confirm the reservation. The booking is not confirmed until the payment is received and processed. All charges are subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge which will be added to the final bill on the day of the event. 4) No beverages or food may be brought into the hotel for consumption unless agreed prior to the event.
