Cover cropping is used as natural fertilizer: planting grasses, flowers and cereals that contribute nitrogen and other nutrients to the soil. Production and use of Compost to enrich the soil ecologically made with grape skin, leaves, stalks, and stems, residual plant matter and animal manure.
