Fairtrade All our tea, coffee & sugar is Fairtrade & we can provide decaffeinated tea & coffee, we also have a range of Fairtrade Wines & soft drinks available on request. Local Products Locally produced products are used where possible and all our eggs are free range, we currently hold the Good Egg and Good Dairy Award and are in the process of applying for Soil Association Certification. We also use a local Fruit and Vegetable supplier and some of our bakery items are produced locally. Healthy Choice Sandwiches and rolls are provided on a selection of bread s including wholemeal, granary & white and for a healthy choice we can also provide wraps & pita bread, we also use sunflower spread. Splenda is available as an alternative to sugar Fruit & yogurts are available as a healthy alternative to our creamy desserts. Sustainability Catering Services will endeavour to supply all hot & cold drinks and buffets with crockery & cutlery, all buffets will be presented on reusable buffet flats, no disposables will be used unless absolutely necessary. If you require disposables please stipulate in your order.
