OUR SPACES Veranda / Garden I One of the main dining room with a view of the Sayan cliff and Ayung river. A grass garden lies Between the Dining Room and cliff, which is available as an outside dining space during the dry season. Garden II The restaurant s very own green garden surrounded with wild trees. Best venue for welcome party or a small gathering under 40 pax.
Private Room Private dining room with large table. Garden Room / Living Room Café and Bar spaces. The Garden Room faces the restaurant s very own Green Garden, while the Living Room provides a home-style lounge setting. We recommend these rooms and the Green Garden for tea party, kids party, cocktail party, and after dinner party. Dining Room One of the main dining area with a tropical setting.

If you would like to book the entire restaurant including the garden you would also need to rent tents. To book the restaurant for the entire: day, add the lunch and dinner prices to determine the total minimum spend.

General Terms of Agreement The confirmation of your event implies the full understanding and acceptance of the present General Terms of Agreement. Once a deposit is made and received, it is within our mutual understanding that you agree to all the terms as stated below with / without your signature or any other means of approval. Confirmation of Event 1. Kindly note that this contract alone does not secure the date of your event. Minimum deposit of 50% of estimated cost will guarantee your reservation. 2. We will only be able to provide a full-service catering to your event if a beverage package is consumed. 3. If we do not receive your deposit by the due date, it is within our mutual understanding that you have sourced alternative arrangements and your booking will consequently be released automatically without further notification from us. 4. If you are unable to meet the deadline, kindly communicate the matter to us in writing. Minimum Order Minimum Order: 20 pax (adults) 15 pax (children under age 12 years old) Price Each price mentioned in this proposal includes: 1. Kitchen equipment, crockeries and cutleries as per menu package / Standard table for buffet presentation and bar counter. All the required staff and their meals. 2. Transportation for staff and equipment, to and from the venue within Ubud or Gianyar / Setting up and cleaning of the kitchen area. Food Tasting and Dietary Requests 1. Tasting is available upon receiving your deposit payment. The tasting fee will be charged 50% of the menu price. 2. If tasting is required before your actual confirmation of the event, we will charge the full estimated amount. 3. We understand the importance of catering for special dietary needs. Kindly inform us 7 days prior to the event if you have any special dietary requirement(s) for any of your guest members. Our team of chefs will work on it as per your requests. Children Policy 1. Children under the age of 4 will not be charged for food and beverages and from ages 5-12 years will be charged 50% of the adult price for buffet. 2. A full amount will be charged for children above 7 years old if a sit-down set menu for adults is chosen for the individuals. 3. Alternatively, a children s 2-course menu is also available at Rp200,000++/child for a sit-down set menu package only. Power and Water Supply for Kitchen, Buffet, and Bar Service 1. We mobilize our portable kitchen and bar equipment for each event. We may, in addition, ask to use the kitchen present in the venue, if available. 2. We would require 250 Watts of power for the kitchen as well as 250Watts of power for buffet and bar. Payment 1. A 50% deposit is required immediately to confirm your booking date. 2. The remaining payment is required to be received 7 days prior. Payments could be settled either with credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. 3. Credit card payments can only be made in person at our restaurant. Our bank does not accept payments by credit card through other means. 4. Payments made by Paypal have to be made in US Dollar and will incur in an additional 5% charge. 5. For events that are scheduled at the last minute (less than 14 days leading to the event), a full pre-payment is required based upon contract before the event. Cancellation Policy 1. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days notice prior to the scheduled event, The Sayan House will charge 50% of the total estimated amount. 2. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days notice prior to the scheduled event, The Sayan House will charge 100% of the total estimated amount. Damage and Liability 1. The person organizing and/or paying for the event shall be liable to pay for any damage, loss, or breakage to any part of The Sayan House properties. This includes all equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, chinaware, crockery or glassware that has been either intentionally or unintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event. 2. The Sayan House has a strict security check when the staff members leave its premises. We are not responsible for any loss of guests belongings before, during, or after the event.
