We invite you to book one of our two exclusive rooms available for Christmas Day. Arrive at a time that suits you and your family, and settle into your own cosy nook of our hotel. Enjoy spending some time together opening presents or playing games whilst enjoying a Chef s selection of canapés and Buck s fizz. When you are ready for the main event your Christmas Day meal will be traditionally served with the head of your family taking centre stage at your own personal carving table! For a smaller family gathering book the Collieston suite suitable for maximum 12 people, minimum 8 people. Alternatively book the Newburgh suite suitable for maximum 20 people, minimum 12 people. Christmas Day without the marigolds just 90 per person and 35 per child.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Provisional booking require a credit card to hold the booking for 14 days only, until deposits are received. 2. No booking is guaranteed until a deposit of 50% of price per person has been received. 3. All deposits are non-refundable. 4. No seating plans can be guaranteed and you may be required to share a table with others. 5. Full payment is required at least 4 weeks prior to your function date and all festive bookings in order to give us time to fill any cancelled places. In the event full payment is not received by the required date, please note we have the right to cancel the booking and resell the space without refund of deposit. 6. No more than 3 transactions per payment will be accepted. 7. Once full payment is made, no refunds can be made for nonattendance on the night. 8. We reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary. 9. Christmas day service in the Balmedie Suite will be in a relaxed style, should you wish a more speedier style of service please let us know when booking. 10. Christmas day restaurant reservations must arrive 30 minutes prior to their allocated time. If your party arrives late, the next available time will be allocated. 11. Accommodation for Hogmanay must be given 48 hours notice in writing of any cancellation otherwise a full charge will be taken.
