KETEL ONE VODKA Ketel One Vodka is distilled from 100% wheat and made at the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Holland. It is distilled in alembic copper pot stills, filtered over loose charcoal, and rests in tile lined tanks until ready. KETEL ONE CITROEN Ketel One Citroen is infused slowly with a high quality natural citrus essence to produce Ketel One Citroen. DON JULIO AÑEJO The heritage of the brand is unique. The founder is Don Julio Gonzalez, an 82 year old master tequila maker, who still grows the agave used to make Don Julio. Don Julio helped to change the tequila category in Mexico by creating a suave tequila. In the US, the brand has been marketed as A Legendary Man, A Legendary Tequila. Don Julio tequilas are made from 100% blue agave that are grown in the highlands region of Jalisco ( Los Altos de Jalisco ), and produced in a very small distillery using batch distilling and with limited production capacity. Most of the other tequilas like Cuervo, Gran Centenario, 1800, Herradura & Sauza come from the Tequila region and are produced in much larger distilleries or using distillation columns.
DON JULIO REAL Released in 1996, this extra añejo was released 10 years before the category was created and so seemingly takes pride in not actually proclaiming to be an extra añejo on the bottle. Real is blended from tequila aged between 3 and 5 years. And unlike all other aged tequilas in the Don Julio range, Real is blended from tequila aged in both American ex-whiskey casks and unusually also casks previously used to age Crown Royal Canadian whisky. It is presented in a decanter-style bottle with three silvered agave plants clutching its sides. This rather flashy bottle is topped with a piña-shaped silvered cork stopper.
DON JULIO 1942 A tribute tequila of astonishing depth, Tequila Don Julio 1942 is presented in an elongated bottle intricately designed after the agave leaf. In commemoration of Don Julio s 60th anniversary of producing the highest quality tequila, Tequila Don Julio 1942 was born. Using a personal selection of prime agave, Don Julio created this unique batch of tequila aged for at least two and a half years in American white oak barrels. Adding even more to its exclusivity, Tequila Don Julio 1942 is made with the distillate in Pot Still 6, which produces only three barrels per cycle.

VEUVE CLICQUOT LA GRANDE DAME BRUT 1998 WINE The basic blend is made up of 64% Pinot Noir grapes from the Grands Crus at Aÿ, in the Vallée de la Marne, and at Verzenay, Verzy, Ambonnay and Bouzy in the Montagne de Reims. The blend also includes 36% Chardonnay grapes from three Grands Crus: Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. SENSORY PERCEPTIONS La Grande Dame 1998 has a pale gold colour with jade glints. The wine is crystal clear, with unbelievably fine bubbles. On the first nose, typical Chardonnay characteristics come to the fore, with the arrival of floral and mineral aromas (acacia, ferns, chalk). By agitating the wine, scents of candied fruit (citrusfruits, apricots, quince) and sweet almond emerge, to reappear later in the mouth.after rotating the wine for a few minutes more, rare notes such as peaty malt, tobacco and delicate herbs, are gradually unveiled. This aromatic, impressively complex bouquet is confirmed in the mouth. On the palate, the wine is clear-cut and pure, perfectly balanced with a delightful silky smoothness. La Grande Dame 1998, with its lacelike construction, has a long, lively, and structured finish. This wine has unbelievable ageing potential. The 1998 vintage of La Grande Dame, the quintessence of the Veuve Clicquot style, reaches a peak of refinement, without losing its legendary strength produced by a blend including nearly two-thirds of Pinot Noir.
DOM PÉRIGNON ROSÉ VINTAGE WOODEN 1998 The year was marked by two unusual and opposing occurrences: the spectacular burning of the grapes caused by record high temperatures in August, followed by exceptional rainfall in the first two weeks of September. The harvest was delayed, and the wait was rewarded with the miraculously fine weather that followed thus, the harvested grapes were healthy and at peak maturity, imbuing the wine with floral and perfumed notes that lead to aromas of orange peel, dried fruits, and woody spices. A remarkably balanced vintage with rich, complex aromas.
