Food & Beverage Minimums All events must meet the Food & Beverage Minimum corresponding to event day. Minimums must be met before tax and gratuity. Outside Catering- Caterer must be licensed & insured and provide a certificate of liability insurance at least 120 days before event date. Reserving Your Date-In order to confirm the date chosen, a contract must be signed and received along with a deposit equivalent to the site fee. Kitchen Callippe does not offer kitchen access. Staffing- Service Staff is mandatory. If your caterer does not provide staff, you will be required to hire Callippe Staff for event service. Callippe servers do not handle catered food. On-site Coordinator- A Callippe Onsite Coordinator is required for all non-catered events at an additional $200 per event. Beverage Service- All beverage service must be provided by Callippe. No outside beverages are allowed. Wedding Rehearsal - Rehearsals are hosted the week of the wedding date at no additional cost. All arrangements must be made with Callippe Event Coordinator. Clean Up All areas must be broken down by caterer or staff. Venue Set-Up Access Access will be granted 3 hours prior to event start time. Access may be granted sooner based on availability. Ceremony Set-Up Ceremony will be set up 1 hour prior to ceremony scheduled start time. Please inform us if you will be decorating the ceremony site. Parking Callippe Preserve Golf Course offers self-parking for guest Venue Hours All events must end by 10:30 pm
